Redlined Copy
- A term used to refer to a copy of an agreement or document in which the additions and deletions from a prior draft are marked in red pencil, red ink or red electronic characters. Sometimes the term is used to refer to a document which is marked in red to show "proposed" changes as opposed to changes which have been agreed.
