Equal and Ratable Lien.

Equal and Ratable Lien. If Borrower directly or indirectly creates a Lien on any of its assests, whether now owned or acquired after the date of this Agreement, to secure payment or performance of an obligation, Borrower agrees to provide that its obligations under this Agreement shall be secured by such Lien equally and ratably with (or prior to) the other obligation.
